Which orders are counted towards the pricing plan order limits?
All new orders from any marketplace channel connected to Sellbrite are included in the count, except Amazon FBA orders, which won’t be imported. Shopify orders will not appear in Sellbrite and will also be excluded from your plan total. Your order count is reset at the start of your billing cycle each month.
How does the 30-day unlimited access period work?
The unlimited access period provides all new Sellbrite users with a full, unrestricted Sellbrite account for 30 days. You can create new listings, manage inventory, and route orders for any channel. As you approach the end of your 30-day unlimited access period, you will be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan if you’re doing more than 30 marketplace orders per month. Otherwise, you can continue on the free plan forever! You will not be charged during your unlimited access period unless you subscribe to a plan before the end of the period.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you choose annual billing at the discounted rate, you are committing to a full year of service. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at the end of the month.
Do I need to pay for a year up front?
No, but we offer a discounted rate if you do. We’ve found that customers who can commit to a full year of using Sellbrite will be more successful multi-channel retailers in the long run. And since your long-term success is our goal, we want to encourage those practices that support that goal. Bottom line: Annual contracts make happier Sellbrite customers. And we want you to be happy.
When will I be billed?
Your credit card will not be charged at any point during the 30-day unlimited access period, unless you subscribe to a plan before the end of it. Assuming you do not qualify for the Forever Free plan, you will first be billed on the day you choose a pricing plan and enter your payment information. A subscription to our service is much like any other subscription in that it will automatically be renewed and billed to you until you cancel.
Are there setup fees?
Nope. The prices you see above are all you pay.
