USPS announces Holiday Ship-By Dates

USPS has announced its Christmas Ship-By dates for this year. Merchants will have until December 23rd to ship those super last second orders Priority Mail.

eBay Launches Repricing Solution From Decide.com

After announcing the acquisition of Decide.com back in the Spring, it’s now official that there will be an eBay repricing solution available to sellers on the marketplace. eBay repricing is currently in beta testing with the eBay Insights team and select sellers, but should be available in the coming months.

This one is BIG! Bigcommerce merchants can now try product sourcing from the world’s largest retailer, Alibaba. By logging in through their Bigcommerce portal, merchants can use the Wholesale Checkout feature to procure hard to find products from trusted sources, right at their fingertips. Amazon Canada Launches Same-Day Delivery

Amazon continues its march toward same-day delivery around the world by announcing they will be testing same-day delivery to parts of Canada. Roughly 10% of the population, mainly the areas of Toronto and Vancouver, will now be within the range of same-day delivery service. By comparison, Amazon currently services 17% of the US population with same-day delivery.

Amazon UK Launches Same-Day ‘Pickup’

Perhaps equally as ambitious as the above article, Amazon has launched a service in the UK that allows buyers to place orders in the morning and pick them up from their preferred store in the afternoon. The move is another step in aligning Amazon’s customer first online experience with the benefits of brick and mortar shopping.
