Etsy Rolls Out New Ad Platform
Etsy has launched a new system for promoting listings across their marketplace. Now, Etsy merchants can opt their listings into the new promoted listings platform and set a desired cost-per-click, and Etsy will use a new algorithm to determine the best time and place to reach the buyer. We think it’s a pretty smart move for the marketplace, as the onus will be placed on the merchant to produce higher quality listings.
