Shopseen is basically a super-lite version of Sellbrite. It is built for merchants who are just getting started, or have very low SKU count. If you’re comfortable creating one product at a time, and one listing at a time, on each channel, then it could be a good fit. There is also very limited inventory management functionality, and no integration with Amazon.

If you need real efficiency improvements, like the ability to make bulk changes to products and listings, more in-depth reporting, inventory, and order management, Sellbrite is a better fit for your needs.
